Neenah Police have found the family of a toddler found wandering alone Tuesday morning. An updated story can be found here.
Officers believe the child, a white female, is between two and three years old.
She was found at Lake and Main Street by a woman driving by in her car around 9 a.m., police said.
The child is with Child Protective Services.
