* WHEN...Until Tuesday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 5.0 feet, Flooding is confined to lowland areas
adjacent to the river from Royalton to west of New London.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:15 AM CDT Monday the stage was 5.1 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 4.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 10:15 AM CDT Monday was 5.2 feet. The river is beginning to
fall.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 5.1 feet
this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage this evening.
