* WHAT...Freezing rain. Additional ice accumulations up to one tenth
of an inch.
* WHERE...Marathon, Portage, Waushara, Wood, and Lincoln Counties.
* WHEN...Until 3 PM CST this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Difficult travel conditions are expected, especially on
untreated roads. Gradual improvement is expected this afternoon as
temperatures warm slightly above freezing.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Be prepared for slippery roads. Slow down and use caution while
driving. If you are going outside, watch your first few steps taken
on stairs, sidewalks, and driveways. These surfaces could be icy and
slippery, increasing your risk of a fall and injury.
