GREEN BAY (WGBA) -- The Wisconsin prep basketball world took notice Tuesday night, as Notre Dame finally put a stop to Bay Port's 27-game winning streak.
The Tritons beat the Pirates 43-36, handing Bay Port its first loss in more than a calendar year.
Notre Dame held Bay Port, the defending Division 1 state champion, to just 12 points in the second half, and held them scoreless over the final three minutes to clinch the win.
The Tritons had lost two of their last three games coming into the game.
