The victim of a fatal crash in Outagamie County has been identified as Torey David Johnson, 22, of Little Chute, according to the Sheriff's Office.
The accident happened around 2:45 a.m. on May 20, 2017 on Holland Road in the Town of Vandenbroek.
The car was traveling north on Holland Road when it lost control, entered a ditch and crashed into a tree.
Speed is believed to be a contributing factor in the crash.
