On Monday, the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay is hosting its second "Trick-or-Treat Tot Trot."
It's a fun, family-oriented event, designed for Pre-K through elementary school aged kids. The kids will get their own bag for candy and can take photos with costumed characters.
The event will go on from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.
