A third teenager has been arrested in connection to a shooting in Oshkosh.
Police arrested an 18-year-old Oshkosh man Thursday for attempted first degree intentional homicide and armed robbery, both as party to a crime.
The teen was allegedly involved in the shooting on Hobbs Avenue on July 27.
Daniel Billings, 19, and another 18-year-old man were both arrested Wednesday for their alleged roles in the shooting.
The shooting is still under investigation.
