One of the men charged in connection to a September 2016 Green Bay murder pleaded not guilty Friday.
Michael McCalvin was charged with first degree intentional homicide, party to a crime for allegedly luring Guled Hirsi into the basement of a home on Cherry Street where he was fatally shot.
Richard McKinney is charged with allegedly firing the shots that killed Hirsi.
The shooting was over drugs, according to prosecutors.
McCalvin will be back in court October 20.
