The incident happened at around 3 p.m. Saturday at the 1500 block of Leo Street.

When police arrived on scene, they surrounded the building after receiving conflicting reports that the shooter may have been inside the apartment.

They later found the suspect was not inside the building.

No bullet holes were found in any nearby structures or vehicles.

Officers said no people were believed to be hit by gunfire.
