Singing in the rain was just part of the experience at country USA on Thursday.

"It cools you down when you're sweating and stuff and your all like hyped up from the music," said concert-goer Jayden Torres.

In fact some were even more excited because of the rain.

"Actually yesterday at the Chris Young concert, through the lightening and stuff, we just stayed,” said Torres.  “Stayed as long as he could.  It didn't event really bother me.  Still having fun.

The ground was wet and muddy from the rain over the past week in Oshkosh, getting over 5 inches, but concert staff was prepared.

"We look at how the water falls on top of the ground when its comes to flooding and things like that,” said Country USA Promoter Derek Liebhauser.  “We put drainage tile in the ground.  We grained the ground so the water flows properly and that's all preemptive."

Staff also spread out wood chips to soak up the water for people to walk.

"We do everything we can to keep all the roads and everything clear so its an enjoyable experience for the fans," said Liebhauser.

Fans also had with umbrellas, boots, and ponchos in front of the stage, while enjoying the music.
