Memorial Day events in Northeast Wisconsin

Appleton

- Memorial Day Parade starts at 9 AM on College Avenue at Appleton Street

De Pere

- Memorial Day Parade begins at 10 AM  at West De Pere High School. The route is the same as used in the past, crossing the Claude Allouez Bridge. The parade will end just like last year, ending at Broadway and Cass Street.

Celebrate De Pere-- Ends at 5 p.m. on Monday, May 29. 

 

Green Bay

- Memorial Day Open House at the Green Bay Botanical Garden runs from 9-5 PM. Free admittance for veterans. 

- Memorial Day: A Soldier's Remembrance. Heritage Hill will honor men & women of the armed forces both past and present. 10-4:30 PM at Heritage Hill State Park.

 

Kewaunee

- Events begin at the intersection of Lincoln and Juneau Streets at 9:00 a.m. and proceed to the Atrium Post Acute Care of Kewaunee for a Memorial Day service on the Care Center grounds at 9:45 a.m.

 

Neenah/Menasha

- Memorial Day Parade starts at 8 a.m.  Its starts in Menasha on Milwaukee St. to Main, and goes to Tayco to Commercial St. in Neenah where it goes through to Main St. and then ends at Main and Doty St. 

 

Seymour 

- The Legion Hall will officially be re-dedicated following the Memorial Day parade and program.

- Memorial Day Parade begins at 9:00 AM.  Parade through downtown Seymour  with a  10:00 AM ceremony at Seymour's Veteran's Memorial (Main Street Seymour).

- 11:15am Dedication of name change and unveiling of new sign at Post 106 Legion Hall. (322 West Pearl Street)

 

Sheboygan

- Memorial Day parade begins at 9 AM  at the intersection of N. 7th Street and Center AvenueHere's a link to what's happening in town! 

 

Sister Bay 

- Memocial Day ceremony begins at 9 AM at Hendrickson Park, includes wreath laying honoring local veterans. At 10:30AM they will gather at Little Sister Cemetery on Little Sister Road next to Bay Ridge Golf Course in Sister Bay.
