LUXEMBURG (NBC 26) -- A high school teacher has tested positive for coronavirus, the Luxemburg-Casco School District said in a letter to parents.
In the letter dated Wednesday, the school district said the teacher is in isolation at home. The teacher will remain in isolation until they’re free of symptoms for longer than 24 hours.
School officials say they have completed contact tracing and say no students or staff are believed to have been identified as a close contact. The letter, signed by the Superintendent, said the school district is working with the Kewaunee County Public Health Department on this issue.
Students and staff are encourage to monitor themselves for any coronavirus-related symptoms.
