GRAND CHUTE (NBC 26) -- Casey William Welk, a part-time community service officer with the Grand Chute Police Department who faces 10 counts of child pornography possession, waived his preliminary hearing in Outagamie County court Friday morning.
The court found probable cause and bound the case over for arraignment, which has been scheduled for 9:45 a.m. August 4.
Welk is accused of sharing images of child pornography through social media.
