GREEN BAY (NBC 26) -- Green Bay Police said officers have found the vehicle and driver that was involved in the hit and run crash that killed a bicyclist.
According to the Green Bay Police Department, the driver has been identified as Joshua A Yahsha of Bellevue.
The Green Bay Police Department is recommending charges of Hit and Run causing death to the Brown County District Attorney's office.
