Yesterday a jury in Green Bay convicted Jacob Cayer of two intentional homicides.
Today is phase two of Cayer's trial where jurors will determine if he should be held responsible due to mental disease or defect.
When Cayer was asked if would attend and participate, he refused.
"I don't want to be present,” he said. “I do not like you people and I'm going to give everything to the news later, so [expletive] ya'll."
Yesterday, Cayer was found guilty of fatally beating Heesun "Sunny" Teague and stabbing her adult daughter, Sabrina Teague in June of 2016. He was also found guilty of attempted first-degree homicide for attacking Sabrina Teague's boyfriend, Joel Kennedy.
