GREEN BAY (NBC 26) -- Housing and Urban Development Secretary Ben Carson and U.S. Representative Mike Gallagher talked about the issue of affordable housing during a round table meeting in Green Bay Monday.
"You know we're smart people and as long as we're willing to sit down and actually examine what the barriers are and come to a conclusion that we want to deal with them we can do it," said Secretary Carson.
Carson toured the Broadway Lofts apartments, in what's called an opportunity zone location. The goal is to encourage investments and provide affordable housing for every family.
