Green Bay (NBC 26) - UPDATE: a suspect has been arrested.
Late Monday night, Green Bay police organized a large response to an apartment building on Clement Street on the east side of Green Bay.
Green Bay police confirmed to NBC 26 that two people are dead after suspected foul play. People are asked to stay away from the active scene.
The scene will remain active with investigators present for at least the next two days while officials wait for coronavirus test results, before performing autopsies. This process has become the norm for death investigations during the coronavirus pandemic.
