Crash slows traffic near Kaukauna

KAUKAUNA (NBC 26) — A second crash along Interstate 41 near Kaukauna is affecting traffic this morning.

A first crash at 41 and County U affected traffic earlier in the day, but that scene has since been cleared.

State police are reporting limited visibility in some neighborhoods, and freezing conditions are making roads slick for drivers.
