GREEN BAY, Wis. — The foster parents of a two-week-old puppy that was found in a trash bag say he’s doing well.
Buddy's foster parents say he's attempting to walk more, as opposed to crawling. He's becoming more vocal and is learning to eat from a dish, as you can see here.
His story inspired many people to donate money, about $5,000 in total, from around the state.
His cost of care over the next six to eight weeks will be several thousand dollars, according to the Humane Society.
