TOWN OF PENSAUKEE — A motorcyclist died after a truck crashed into him on Wednesday morning, according to the Oconto County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded to the crash at around 10:42 a.m. on US Highway 41 near County Road J located in the town of Pensaukee.
The Sheriff's Office said a passenger truck operated by a 17-year-old boy crossed the median and struck a motorcycle. The motorcycle operator, a 71-year-old man from Midlothian, Illinois, was taken to a Green Bay hospital, where he died from his injuries. He has been identified by the Brown County Medical Examiner’s Office as Albert Reppert.
The crash is still being investigated.
