Leaders with Larson Boat Group say they have decided to move operations and manufacturing to Pulaski, WI.
According to the Vice President of Marketing, as a result, numerous jobs and opportunities will be added to the already active Carver and Marquis campus in Pulaski to integrate the Larson Boat Group brands of Larson, Larson FX, Larson Escape and Striper boats into the operations.
According to a press release, the company has been building boats for more than 100 years in Little Falls, MN. Larson Boat Group’s facilities in Little Falls are expected to shut down operations first quarter of 2017.
“This decision to move our Little Falls operation is due to external, global economic influences including adverse economic dynamics and shifting changes within the marine market that require us to consolidate our company’s operations and footprint with Marquis and Carver Yachts in Pulaski, WI to continue to be competitive in our ever changing industry,” said Rob Parmentier, Larson Boat Group President & CEO.
