Five inches of rain fell in the Oshkosh area in the week leading up to Country USA, and that made for some soggy conditions on the grounds Thursday.
Country USA staff spread out wood chips to soak up the water so that festival-goers could walk in the area.
The rain came down on and off Thursday, and although it didn't stop, some concert-goers said they were more excited because of it.
"It cools you down when you're sweating and stuff and you're all hyped up from the music," said Jayden Torres, who attended Wednesday's shows.
