UPDATE: Shawano County deputies have released the name of the victim killed in a two car accident on Thursday.
Deputies say 70 year-old Wayne Baumgart of Seymour died in the crash.
Two other people in another car were hurt and taken to the hospital. They are 65 year-old Randall Olson of Townsend and 65 year-old Christine Olson of Townsend.

The crash happened around 6:30 p.m. Thursday, on State Highway 47 between County Road S and Hofa Park Drive in the Town of Lessor.
Deputies say a vehicle was traveling southbound on State Highway 47 and crossed the center line into the path of an oncoming vehicle traveling northbound. A witness on the scene confirmed the details of the incident.
All people involved had to be extracted from the vehicles by rescue personnel.
The cause of the crash is unknown but alcohol does not appear to be a factor.
The Shawano County Sheriff's Office was assisted on scene by Theda Star, N.E.W. 50, Bonduel PDT Bonduel Fire, Bonduel EMS, Pulaski Fire, Navarino-Lessor Fire, Navarino-Lessor EMS, Black Creek Ambulance, Nichols Fire and Nichols EMS.
