The Pulaski community is coming together this week to celebrate Casimir Pulaski days.
It's a week-long celebration honoring Casimir Pulaski, a war hero.
Sunday was the kick-off celebration. People enjoyed food, art and polka music. Organizer say it's the fifth time they've put on the event and it has grown every year.
"We just thought in the dead of winter, Pulaski is known for its Polka music, its food and we just want to bring people to Pulaski when otherwise, they would be doing anything, we just want to bring people here,” said Tammy Brzeczkowski
Celebrations will go on until March 11th.
