ASHWAUBENON (NBC26) - Shovels and snowblowers were out in full force Saturday morning after the latest storm.
Locals say while the snow packed up, it wasn’t a bad cleanup. Many people were out before noon clearing driveways and sidewalks; some even helping out their neighbors.
“It’s been heavy, wet snow,” said Douglas Van Straten of Appleton. “A little bit slippery; but it’s nice out.”
Plows were still busy clearing roads as well. Locals add that it’s finally feeling like a ‘nice’ winter.
