He has also told the cast of the show he's a fan, but apparently they are not as familiar with his work.
Actor Kit Harington, who plays the Game of Thrones fan favorite Jon Snow, talked about meeting Aaron Rodgers during an interview with Mario Lopez on Extra this week.
When asked about which celebrities have complimented him on the show, Harington mentioned Rodgers.
The best part?
"I'm not a big American football fan, so I didn't know who he was," Harington shared. "But my friend back home is a huge NFL geek...and he lost his marbles over it."
Don't worry, Harington said he now "very much" knows who Aaron Rodgers is. The new season of Game of Thrones starts Sunday.
