A woman was killed, but her three children were not hurt after a single vehicle crash.
The Waupaca County Sheriff's Office said the 41-year-old woman was killed when the vehicle she was driving crashed into a ditch on Highway 45, just north of Church Road.
Deputies say the woman had a medical emergency right before the crash.
There were also three young children, ages four, seven and nine, in the car during the crash, but none of them were hurt according to deputies.
Waupaca County Deputies aren't releasing the names of those involved, until family members have been notified.
