Two people were injured in a crash just south of Manitowoc in Silver Creek.
Law enforcement responded to the 3700 block of S. Tenth Street for reports of the crash.
One vehicle had crashed with two passengers.
Both passengers were brought to the hospital with serious injuries.
The road was blocked as crews were on scene.
