Bellin Run participants are using technology to diagnose issues before race day. Using electronic sensors and ultra high-speed video, Bellin Health is able to detect problems ahead of time, so runners can stay on track. According to specialists, it can also help runners reach their best times.

"This assessment helps anyone and everyone, so it doesn't matter if the goal is to break 60 minutes or if you want to run 32 at the Bellin Run 10K, the goal is we're trying to enhance your potential," said running specialist Nate Vandervest.

The 10K race starts at 8:00am Saturday in Green Bay.
