A Suamico athlete who was hoping to be a million-dollars richer competed in the final stage of "American Ninja Warrior".
Family and friends were cheering Drew Knapp on at Tapped Sports Bar and Grill where a watch party was held.
There were nearly 40 contestants left during the last stages of the competition. Knapp was another one who fell just a bit short.
Knapp says even though he didn't win, he's proud of himself.
"To come this year and to do well in Denver and go to Vegas and perform well enough to get me stage two, there's definitely more I want to accomplish with it," said Knapp.
Knapp says he won't give up and plans on competing again.
