The search is on for a murder suspect on the east side of Green Bay. Police were called to an apartment building around 4:20 Sunday afternoon for a man who had been shot. That man later died of his injuries at a nearby hospital and the shooter got away.
"The investigation now is really turning towards interviewing the witnesses and any people in that neighborhood that may have seen something," said Captain Kevin Warych of the Green Bay Police Department.
Investigators don't believe the public is in any danger.. They say it appears the shooter and the victim knew each other and this was a targeted attack.
