A Neenah man was sentenced in federal court Wednesday afternoon to 10 years in prison and three years supervised release after reaching a settlement agreement in connection to a November 2015 fire that destroyed a building on Bowen Street in Oshkosh.
As part of the agreement, a conviction of a count of arson in connection with a federal felony was dismissed, and in return Jeremy Neumann waived his right to appeal and right to seek post conviction relief.
