Manitowoc police are recommending charges against two teens, who they say, hacked the department's Twitter account.
Investigators say the pair, who live in Trophy Club, Texas, sent out vulgar tweets from the department's account back in October. They believe the teens used an illegal service to gain access to the page, and their motivation was financial.
Police want the teens charged with disorderly conduct.
