Manitowoc Police say an officer found an empty car that had crashed into two other cars Sunday just before 3:30 a.m.
Officers say they found a hit-and-run incident at the business parking lot on the 1000 block of N. 21st St.
The suspect vehicle had a cracked windshield and deployed airbags but no one was inside.
Police say the car was stolen from a house in the City of Manitowoc that night.
The case remains under investigation.
