JOHNSON CREEK, Wis. -- A Waukesha County sheriff's deputy and a member of the Delafield Police Department were involved in a shooting near Johnson Creek Premium Outlets, according to the Waukesha County Sheriff's Department.

We don't know who was shot or their condition at this time, or what led up to the shooting.

Authorities were called Tuesday to the scene near the Jefferson County outlet. The mall tells TODAY'S TMJ4 the incident in question occurred adjacent to the property they own, at an Arby's restaurant off Interstate 94.

One man told NBC26's sister station TODAY'S TMJ4 that he saw a naked man near the Arby's, and then the shooting began.

“When he turned it looked like he had in his right hand a pistol of some sort and took a few more steps forward, and then raised it in the air and fired his weapon. I don’t know if it was at anybody or anything but it was up in the air when he fired it, and then right after that the police exchanged fire as well with two or three shots,” said the witness.

The witness also said he saw the person go to the ground and said he did not see any movement after that.
