The hope for many people like Vance Kelly is to find a bigger paycheck.

"Everybody is still struggling," said Kelly .

After hearing about Foxconn's plan to open a plant in Wisconsin, people like Dawon Jones are hopeful.

"I've told every body. You might have to go to Racine," said Jones.

The company plans on building their facility in Southeast Wisconsin. A state lawmaker says the average salary would be $54,000 plus benefits.

Kelly has been unemployed for the past few weeks. He says a good job is a good reason to move.

"I could relocate. I will relocate if the job is paying good and if the benefits are there, I'd consider relocating," said Kelly.

Roger Smejkal is also willing to relocate. He says he's tired of low wages..

"Everywhere, 9, 10 dollars an hour. You can't live on that kind of money, especially if you have children," said Smejkal.

All three men say a new job isn't only a way to make ends meet. They say it gives them a purpose.
