TOWN OF WILSON, Wis—One person is in custody after leading police on a chase in Sheboygan County.
It began around 6:30 p.m. Thursday in the parking lot of the Sauk Trail Road Kwik Trip.
Officers attempted to make contact with a 36-year-old man.
He had a felony warrant for his arrest, and sped out of the parking lot when approached.
Speeds reached 110 mph before the driver lost control and crashed in a ditch.
After a brief foot pursuit, the suspect was taken into custody and cited for knowingly fleeing an officer, obstructing, and several other traffic offenses.
The incident remains under investigation.
