ASHWAUBENON, Wis.- Ras James of Ashwaubenon lives about a half a block away from a strip of Packers party houses on Lombardi Avenue.
"Lot of car speedings, a lot of accidents, sometimes rowdiness," said James.
He says although most of the time he doesn't have problems, a few times he's had to intervene when things get out of hand.
"Some people just they don't care they come walking through your yard," said James.
Off Ridge Road, Sandy used to park cars in her yard for years until people stole her things, now with a party house on the end of her street, she worries more could follow.
"Not everyone's going to be nice with your property," said Sandy.
City leaders say they have concerns too.
"We don't want to lose homes and population and in return it does affect the school system if we don't have children in our schools," said Ashwaubenon Village Trustee, Gary Paul.
A meeting is planned for Wednesday that could set some rules for these rental properties that right now don't have many restrictions.
"We're looking at different ways on how to help the residents and also control the party houses on what they can do and what they can't do," said Paul.
Rules that Ras is hoping get figured out before the party houses get any closer to his home.
