An Amber Alert has been issued for 1-year-old Taratino Carter.
He was last seen in the Milwaukee area in a blue and gray jumper with images of robots on it. He was in a vehicle when that vehicle was stolen. The car is a 2011 green Kia Soul. The license plates are 666-XUK.
The child was last seen around 5:50 Sunday night at 5909 West Good Hope Road in Milwaukee.
Carter is a black boy with black hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information on Carter's location is asked to call the Milwaukee Police Department at 414-935-7401.
