Wisconsin State Patrol arrest Rhinelander man for 4th offense OWI

ONEIDA, Wis. - Wisconsin State Patrol took a man into custody for his fourth offense of operating a motor vehicle under the influence.

It happened around 9:00 Saturday night, when a trooper stopped a car, driven by 36-year-old Andrew Naeseth for a defective headlamp, at Eisenhower and Spring Road in the city of Rhinelander.

The trooper observed signs of impairment and conducted field sobriety tests. Naeseth was then arrested for 4th offense operating a motor vehicle under the influence.

Naeseth refused a blood draw, and a search warrant was obtained. He was also cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana.
