GREEN BAY (NBC 26) -- The Plant People is located in the 900-block of Main Street in Green Bay. You can't miss their shop. It's the one that is full of bright and vibrant greenery year round.
The Plant People offers a variety of plants as well as design services and classes. The shop's 'make and take' classes are incredible popular with their guests.
Manager, Sheila Hansen, says it's been tough not getting to see their regular customers and meet new ones, but their optimistic.
"One day at a time, that's all we can do." said, Hansen.
Currently the Plant People are able to deliver so if you're looking for something, you can give them a call and they can send you a picture of the plant they have that you're looking for and then they can deliver it.
Many people are having to work from home during the 'safer at home' order and Hansen says plants can increase productivity, so adding some greenery to your home can have multiple benefits.
The shop has several 'make and take' kits that are now 'to-go' kits. They're available with more details on each kit on their Facebook page. They will then do contact-free delivery to your home.
