...LOW WIND CHILLS CONTINUE THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON...
Temperatures will only slowly rise into the single digits above
zero this afternoon from central to north-central Wisconsin. These
temperatures along with gusty west winds will result in wind
chills of 10 to 20 below zero on through the afternoon. Frostbite
can begin in as little as 30 minutes with wind chills this cold,
so those with outdoor plans should dress accordingly.
