TWO RIVERS, Wis. — Two Rivers Police said all roads will be reopening soon after working on a situation on Madison Street.
Officers were advising the public to avoid the Madison Street between Memorial Drive and 14th Street.
In a Facebook post, the department added people were to avoid the 1000 & 1100 blocks of School Street and the 1800 block of 18th Street.
At this time, officers have rendered the area safe.
