SEYMOUR — A routine traffic stop turned into a drug arrest in Seymour yesterday.
Police say they pulled a vehicle over for a seat belt and license plate violation in the area of S. Main Street and Highway 54 around 5:00 PM.
The driver, a 20 year old Gillett man refused to cooperate. Officers say they had to use pepper spray on him.
A search of the vehicle revealed methamphetamine packaged for sale, a scale and marijuana.
The suspect was booked into the Outagamie County Jail and is facing multiple drug charges.
