APPLETON, Wis. - The Xavier boys basketball team clinched the Bay Conference title outright with their 95-61 victory over Seymour on Friday night.
The Hawks improved to 20-0 on the season and 12-0 in conference play. Xavier was led by Hunter Plamann with 27 points.
