There are game sevens, there are game sevens in the finals, and then there is the game seven that we are getting ready for Sunday between the Warriors and Cavs. What I'm saying folks is not all game seven's are created equal. I am so hyped up for this game that I wrote up my take as soon as it ended. I just couldn't wait. Every game for a title is a battle for history but few finals games have ever had this much legacy on the line. For the Warriors here are the stakes: The best regular season ever capped off by a second straight title. Steph Curry has a chance to climb into some rarified air amongst the greats. Klay Thompson starts to creep in on those conversations as well. For the Cavs and even more for Lebron it's a chance for ring number three. It's a chance to win one for the land. It's a chance to lead the first ever finals comeback from down 3-1. He's done it putting up monster numbers, 41 points in back to back games to force this winner take all contest. I believe in the home court, I believe those 73 wins that give Golden State the right to host this game make the difference. What do you think?
