Phil Mickelson has officially withdrawn from the U.S. Open, according to the Golf Channel.

He will be replaced by Roberto Diaz.

With no rain in sight, Phil Mickelson officially withdraws from @usopengolf and will be replaced by Roberto Diaz. First DNP since 1993.
