A published report says that a worker at a parking lot was fearing "for his safety" when Green Bay Packers tight end Andrew Quarless fired a gun near a night club in Miami Beach in early July.

The Journal Sentinel says that the attendant reported two gun shots fired by Quarless before he fled the scene.

Reports later say that the gun was found in a potted plant.

Quarless pleaded no contest and received a year of probation.
