For a guy who has only been playing football for four years, wide receiver Moritz Boehringer is proving to be quite popular on the pre-draft circuit.
Boehringer is trying to become the first German Football League product to get drafted by an NFL team, an effort that was helped by an impressive performance at Florida Atlantic’s pro day a couple of weeks ago. Boehringer held another workout for teams last Friday and has racked up a healthy number of visits with teams as well.
Boehringer told NFL Media that he visited with the Packers, Chiefs and Vikings last week and he opened this week by meeting with the Rams in Los Angeles. From there, Boehringer heads to Seattle and then has lined up visits with the Saints, Falcons and Panthers to punch the NFC South portion of his dance card.
