Ted Thompson has been hot.
Maybe not to Steph Curry's level. But the Green Bay Packers general manager has been pretty warm when it comes to his recent first-round draft picks.
Thompson appears to have hit home runs with his 2015 selection of Damarious Randall and his 2014 choice of Ha Ha Clinton-Dix. If history serves as an indicator, Thompson has a good chance to keep his hot streak alive next month.
Thompson and the Packers have the 27th pick in the first round on April 28. And over the last 20 years, general managers have done reasonably well mining talent there.
